Air Con fixed and more…

hey all,

sorry it has been awhile since we have updated our blog here at Your Mom’s… alot has been going on.. busy busy..

i just wanted to take some time to get you up to speed on what’s going on…

first off.. we had trouble with the air condition for awhile as you may have noticed. we apologize for that.. but it is working now!

also we wanted to let you know again that the fly situation has been fixed. not only did we screen in the patio but we made some other improvements (some even for nearby establishments) to get rid of the flies. you will definately notice an improvement.

some of you probably know my husband ryan.. he is the owner and creator of all the great tasting burgers you guys have been loving. since he doesn’t have a clone he can’t be at Your Mom’s round the clock. that has probably been Your Mom’s biggest challenge yet.. “when the cat is away the mice will play”… and boy do we hear about it when it does.. from you ..our beloved customers. i just want you to know I AM reading ALL of your yelps and plans are in motion as we speak to do WHATEVER it takes to make sure your requests are met. the hardest part is behind us now. we will spend our time finding and hiring new qualified individuals who play by the rules. i suspect we will have some disgruntled ex-employees who will be sounding off.. but we don’t have time for them anymore. we have customers to please!

things will continuously get better and improve over the next couple of weeks.. cosmetically, improved ticket time, cleanliness, customer service and more.

on another note.. if you or someone you know is looking for long term employment as a cook: grill/app or delivery driver come in and fill out an application. but please… if you expect to be able to come into work here at Your Mom’s and drink beer on the job, call in hungover 5 minutes before your shift starts,  disrespect others, cuss/talk foul language, not be a team player.. please.. please.. don’t bother filling out an application. we have already had our fill of this. no more.
